Central District Football Club
The Central District Football Club, competing in the South Australian National Football League, is South Australia’s largest community football club. The Bulldogs proudly represent Adelaide’s northern community including Salisbury, Elizabeth, Gawler and the Barossa Valley.
Central’s home base is at Hamra Homes Oval in Elizabeth and during footy season this also becomes home to Kids Future Kids’ volunteers who play an important part in managing the canteens during the games. In return, Centrals donates part of the proceeds from canteen sales to KFK. These much needed funds go toward the running of the camps, assisting us with securing venues and catering.
With our camps relying heavily on public donations relationships with organisations like Centrals is crucial to our survival. But in order for us to be a recipient of donations from Centrals, we need volunteers who are willing to commit their time to working at the games. If you or anyone you know can help out please call 8346 9686 or email enquiries@kfk.org.au Volunteers need to be 15 years or older. Entry to the game, dinner and snacks are provided on the day. A Certificate of Participation and/or a reference can also be provided on request.
Australian Executor Trustees
Australian Executor Trustees provides a range of investment management, estate planning and administration, superannuation, accountancy and trustee services. A big part of what they do also involves advising clients with regard to how they can ‘give back’ to the community with their own financial contributions.
Direct donations to charities, donations through Prescribed Private Funds (PPFs) and Charitable Trusts are all areas of giving which Australian Executor Trustees can provide guidance with.
Kids Future Kids is fortunate to have been the recipient of donations from AET and this has made a substantial impact on KFK being able to run its camps effectively and just as importantly, being able to meet the high demand of kids wanting to attend our camps. The size of our camps is dependent on funding and the more funds we have, the more kids we can cater for – it’s that simple. More information can be found at the AET website.
