Status Employment Services is an independent specialist recruitment and training services provider with over 19 years experience, widely regarded for its dynamic and innovative approach to business.
The Organisation has its roots firmly in South Australia and has extensive experience in a number of key manufacturing and service industries, as well as the retail sector.
Our involvement with Status was initiated through the "Prime Minister's Community Business Partnership” program. Status were attracted to Kids Future Kids because of the synergies that existed between our Organisations and in particular, the notion that through mutual cooperation we could work towards the prevention of intergenerational unemployment by affecting positive change and by providing hope and opportunity for the future.
KFK's relationship with Status is such that they provide important administrative and strategic support for our organisation as well as office space within their Welland site location. These resources enable us to undertake our services in a professional manner as well as benefit from the skills and expertise of the extended Status team, such as IT professionals and financial team support. In addition they also fund the salary of KFK's Business Development Manager and assist with governance through representation on the KFK Board.
The relationship between Status and KFK is rare within the not-for-profit sector as it means overheads can be kept to a minimum with the majority of funds raised being directed straight to the camps themselves.
